Operation and Maintenance ExperienceCEA currently performs Operations and Maintenance (O&M) on over 30 active soil and groundwater remediation systems. CEA is familiar with current technologies and operating parameters. The goal of the O&M team is to operate all CEA installed remediation systems in a safe, efficient and economical manner while maximizing operating uptime. A professionally managed operation and maintenance program is essential for the successful performance of a remediation and control system. At CEA our O&M methodology utilizes a supporting infrastructure made up of personnel from operations, maintenance, engineering, training and administration. The team is challenged with the predictive, preventative and corrective measures at each site. Through system modification and optimization, CEA has been able to increase the performance of numerous remedial systems installed and previously maintained by others. This has been a particular focus of our work at many sites over the past year. At CEA our technicians are cross-trained and can perform multiple tasks during a single site visit. We have a long history of providing O&M services including design, construction inspection, start-up, operation, repair, troubleshooting, optimization, training and technical assistance.
