CEA Hires Kim Baines to ManageNew York Regional OfficeWest Boylston, MA (July 26, 2010) - Corporate Environmental Advisors, Inc. (CEA), announced today that it has opened a New York regional office in Latham, New York and hired Mr. Kim Baines, LEP, to mange the office. Business sectors to be served from this office include the insurance, legal, real estate, commercial, petroleum and industrial clients. The office is located at 950 New Loudon Road, Suite 340, Latham, NY. "We are pleased that CEA is able to service clients in several locations outside of New England," said Deborah N. Migridichian, Chief Executive Officer of CEA. "Our research shows that the market in New York can accommodate an established, high quality, full service environmental firm, and expanding into New York fits with our growth plans as we celebrate out 25th year in business," she continued. This is the second regional office the firm has opened in 2010. A Midwest Regional Office located in Ft. Wayne, Indiana opened in March to serve national clients with environmental needs in the Midwestern states. Mr. Baines has over 22 years of environmental consulting experience focusing on environmental site investigations, assessments and remediation. He has been responsible for Hazardous Waste and Brownfield investigations, remediation and property redevelopment, environmental impact studies, indoor air quality studies, landfill investigations and permitting, vapor intrusion studies, and other specialized environmental services. he joins CEA from The Chazen Companies where he was a Director of Environmental Services. Prior to that, he served as a Project Manager and Environmental Scientist at environmental consulting firms in New York and Connecticut. He received his B.S. in Environmental Biology with a Chemistry Minor from Central Connecticut State University in 1986. He also studied Civil Engineering at Hartford State Technical College. Mr. Baines is a licensed Environmental Professional in Connecticut and a Qualified Environmental Professional under New York State Department of Environmental Conservation programs.
