CEA Names Andrew L. Shelby As Manager of Business Development

West Boylston, MA (December 3, 2007) - Corporate Environmental Advisors, Inc. (CEA), a leading environmental management firm serving the New England market for more than 22 years, today announced the appointment of Andrew L. Shelby as Manager of Business Development.  In this role, he is responsible for the development of new business opportunities and the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.  Additionally, his role includes providing overall estimating and project management direction for multiple projects.

Shelby, who has more than 20 years experience in the environmental field, joins CEA from Charter Environmental, Inc. in Wilmington, MA where he was responsible for project management for clients such as the EPA and The Army Corps of Engineers, among others.  Previously, he spent 14 years at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. in Norwood, MA.  During his career, Shelby has managed a wide range of environmental projects, including environmental site assessments, site characterization and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater, as well as abatement, building demotion and hazardous waste management.

Shelby received a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Maine, Orono.  He is a Hazardous Materials Manager and has completed the OSHA 40-hour course and refresher.  He lives in Worcester, MA.
